1. Wisconsin Realtors® Association Video Tape Services
With this option, the state requires that students view the video tapes and do the workbook
exercises at a First Weber location with a trainer or a manager on site. Student's questions
are directed to the WRA during regular hours. Each module requires a three hour commitment
and must be accomplished in one session.
2. Wisconsin Realtors® Association 72 Hour License Program
This fast track option requires attendance in Madison at eight specifically scheduled day-long
sessions, usually on Monday through Thursday for two consecutive weeks.
3. Wisconsin Realtors® Association On-Line Self Study
Study at your own pace with the WRA internet based self study program! Students must
register through First Weber Group to receive a reduced fee which includes books and
study material.
Your new career in real estate can be handled through First Weber. We're just a phone call or
email away.
CLASS OPTION #1
First Weber's Pre-licensing Class Schedule For 2008
The following classes will be held Monday
through Thursday,
from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., for four weeks:
East Madison
April 7 – May 1
First Weber Special Price: Only $80 for this session!
West Madison
June 9 – July 3
East Madison
September 15 – October 9
The fee for our evening class is $125, plus textbooks, which are $55. In order to register, you need to call Jeff Kuhl at 608-443-2226 & ask for a registration form. Return
the form with your payment; this will reserve a place in the class for you. All textbooks will be issued on the first day of class
unless otherwise requested.
Real estate licensing requirements for a Salesperson's license are 72 hours of Real Estate Law, and must be
completed by the time a person takes the Salesperson's examination. Promissor administers the exam through
a local Proctor in your area. The exam is computerized, therefore, you can take the exam when you are ready
and know your results instantly.
The following are places that offer the 72 hours of Real Estate Law:

CLASS OPTION #2
*WRA Video Class
The WRA's Video Class allows you to come into our office and view their videos, OR... you can check out their videos
and watch them from your home through the WRA's distance learning program. There are a total of 20 videos. The fee is
$122, which includes your textbooks. We also collect a $120 deposit, which is returned when the student is finished with
all the videos. If you prefer to purchase the entire set, you may call the WRA directly at 608-241-2047.
CLASS OPTION #3
*Self-study Internet Course
The Self-Study Internet course through the Wisconsin Realtors Association is an easy way to complete the education.
You're given a password to logon to the website, along with three textbooks, and away you go. The fee is approximately $156 and
includes textbooks. Again, the student must have a computer with Internet service.
(Note: First Weber can save you money in the registration process for any and all of the WRA & MATC courses. Call us to inquire.)
TUITION REBATE: First Weber DOES offer a Tuition Rebate. If you enroll in any of the above courses, whether it be the
live class, video, CD-Rom or Internet course. If you choose to place your license with First Weber, we will rebate what you
paid in the form of a credit to your expense account, one month after your first closing.
Should you wish to obtain your Broker's License, you need to go back to school for an additional 36 hours of Real Estate
Marketing. The same exam procedure as above would apply for the Broker's exam. Unfortunately, First Weber does not
offer the Broker's class, however, you may call The Wisconsin Realtor's Association or MATC to get enrolled.
