The annual First Weber Group Winter Retreat continues to be very popular as our agents appreciate
the many educational sessions and nationally known speakers that we offer each year. Full-time
Technology trainers ensure that First Weber Group Sales Associates will always be using the best in
technology and maximizing their time.

- First Weber's Deferred Bonus Program: a savings program that rewards our agents for accomplishing different objectives (closings, recruiting, longevity etc.) Earned money is accumulated in an account maintained by First Weber until you leave or retire.
