First Weber Group Realtors and Benchmark Realty Announce Merger
Madison, WI —James Imhoff, Chairman and CEO of First Weber Group,
headquartered in Madison, announced that Benchmark Realty of Beaver Dam will merge
with First Weber Group Realtors effective January 1, 2006.
About Benchmark Realty
Benchmark Realty, LLC, opened their doors on January 1, 2000 with Dianne Wendorf
and Fred Kaping as partners. Currently there are four additional agents working in
their firm. They are Roxi Braker, Kelly Hoffmann, Patti Zirbel, and Mandi Saucerman.
The Administrative Assistant is Sandy Thoma and who joined the firm in October 2003.
