Dick closed out a 20 year career as Director of Multi-Housing Sales with Alliance Laundry Systems, Ripon, WI Feb 2011. He earned the company award as "National Sales Manager of the Year" 6 times for outstanding sales and customer services in assisting multi-housing customers find solutions for commercial properties.
He has completed 72 hours of extensive training at the Laurel Stone School of Real Estate and is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson with the Wisconsin Department of Regulations and Licensing.
He has joined the First Weber Oshkosh Commercial sales team where he will specialise in Commercial real estate sales. As part of this team he will have the resources to provide outstanding real estate service's assisting clients in selling and buying commercial properties and businesses.
Dick and his spouse Nancy have lived in the Oshkosh area since 1990. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA.
