  • First Weber's award winning website firstweber.com and First Weber agent websites include property listings from more listing systems throughout the state than any other Wisconsin-based real estate firm's website. The "new listing" and weekly "open house sections" of FirstWeber.com are also provided on the individual agent websites. In 2010, there were over 3.8 million visits and over 46.1 million page views.
  • Orange Post Online Magazine: The Orange Post is First Weber’s exclusive online publication! All First Weber listings are included in 4 separate online Orange Post magazines, representing the South Central, North Central/Northwoods, North East and South East Regions of Wisconsin.   • Electronic Newsletter: The First Weber eNewsletter is written and designed every other month for all First Weber agents statewide. The eNewsletter allows each agent the opportunity to provide their customers and clients with useful home and real estate related topics of interest and timely information that can benefit their lives.
  • Marketing Materials: Property specific listing brochures and over 75 marketing pages are provided to agents and are available in each office along with professional binding equipment.
  • First Weber Yard Smart Signs: Front Runner Call Capture technology makes it easy for potential buyers to get on-the-spot, up-to-date listing information and ensures First Weber Agents capture the lead.
  • Print Shop: First Weber maintains its own internal print shop offering a wide range of marketing materials (including brochures, flyers, postcards and point of sale aids) that are set up to be personalized for each agent. The "Stay In Touch" program provides monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly personalized direct mail to the agent's database of clients, customers, and other contacts. This program is substantially subsidized by First Weber.
  • Concierge Desk: This exclusive First Weber program partners preferred vendors of services (such as plumbers, electricians, mortgage lenders, roofers, home inspectors, etc.) benefiting home buyers, home sellers, and agents in providing quality support to the real estate transaction.
  • Luxury Home Marketing: First Weber offers luxury marketing and marketing training for all associates who are involved in the upper-tier property market. All First Weber listings over $750,000 automatically flow to national luxury websites such as Luxury Portfolio, Wall Street Journal, and HGTV's property site. Many First Weber agents have earned nationally recognized designations in luxury marketing through training offered by First Weber.
  • Electronic Card Program: Seasonal greetings and informative messages are available for the agents to send out to their databases of clients, customers and other contacts. Agents can sign up for automated plans or send out individually.
  • Volume Discount Advertising Rates: First Weber agents are able to utilize a broad selection of advertising programs provided at volume discounts. First Weber’s rates are often over 50% lower than normal advertising rates.
  • Client Follow Up Program: This program automatically contacts each agent's previous buyers and sellers with professionally produced cards celebrating holidays and the anniversaries of the date of purchase. These contact pieces are sent out in the agent's name for several years after the date of closing.
  • Video Tours: Are available to First Weber agents for exceptional property presentations.
