First Weber Provides State Required Continuing Education

  • First Weber’s nationally recognized “First Academy” for new agents contains over 60 hours of introductory sales training for agents entering the business. Course modules include Prospecting, Working with First Time Buyers, Creating a Market Analysis, Marketing Listings, Understanding Contracts, Defending Your Fee, etc.
  • The “Quick Start” program offered for all new agents is an outlined training schedule with core topics for company policies, prospecting, listing, buyer agency, and handling objections. The program is conducted in your office with your office manager.
  • A staff of Technology Trainers offers on-going training throughout all FWG offices focusing on FWG proprietary software programs such as legal forms preparation, market analysis, brochure layouts, contact management with mail merge, setting up FWG agent websites, handling FWG Internet Referrals, navigating First Weber’s “award winning” website including its mapping function. The trainers also provide basic courses in Word, Excel, Photoshop, PowerPoint, etc.
  • FWG Advanced Training, offered for agents who have been in the business for over one year, provides insights into the success programs of top agents whose performance is recognized and held in high esteem. There is often a waiting list for this program and highly regarded by those who have completed it.
  • Commercial Real Estate and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Training Programs are offered throughout the year.
  • The Annual FWG Retreat held in Wisconsin Dells and available to all FWG agents, provides a day of nationally recognized trainers and speakers, and provides a networking opportunity to interact with other FWG agents. Over 700 agent-to-agent referrals are generated annually within FWG.
  • State required Continuing Education (CE) is provided to all FWG agents who attend the regularly scheduled sessions.
