I also have over 25-years of experience working with local government officials so when questions arise on the sale or purchase of property I know who to contact to get the questions answered in a timely basis.

I am an avid golfer. My wife and I have three childern. My wife Mary serves as the Compliance Manager for Morgan Stanley in Madison. My stepdaughter Rebecca Welch is a graduate of North Carolina and has an MBA from Texas and is a marketing director with Butterball in Raleigh, North Carolina. My oldest son is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in Graphic Design, and works in Customer Service with Great Wolf Resorts in Madison, and and my youngest son is a graduate of MATC, Madison, is a licensed real estate agent and is a leasing consultant with Fiduciary Management in Madison, Wisconsin.
