The Alt-Young Team was created in 2005. It consists of Carole Lukens, Shawna and Scott Alt and Tammy Young. Combined, the Alt-Young Team has over 70 years of real estate experience.

- With the kind of know-how that comes with over 15-years of real estate experience, Shawna can handle the most complicated transactions. That, combined with her insight into the Tri-County area real esate market, has made her an expert at putting together smooth, complication-free sales and lots of them. In addition to Shawna's residential real estate experience, she has a background in real estate license law. This provides her with an eye for the many details that need to be addressed throughout the real estate transaction.
Tammy possesses an indepth knowledge of the area that only comes from being a life-long resident. Tammy has been involved in real estate sales for 20 years. Her experience and knowledge have caused hundreds of successful closings.
Scott with a decade of experiences in real estate sales has proven his dedication to clients has won several awards both for overall sales success as well as customer satisfaction. In addition to Scott's residential experience, he is well respected for his knowledge in commercial real estate, property management and the development of raw land.
Carole has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Her leadership has set the high standards other agents strive to acheive. Carole is known for her strong negotiating skills and for her success at achieving the goals of her customers and clients. Carole was recently recognized by the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin for her years of professionalism and for the positive contributions she has made to the real estate industry.
