The service providers in First Weber's Concierge program are all independent companies or contractors not affiliated with First Weber, unless otherwise identified. The participants pay a fee for maintaining the program and advertising, but are included in the program based upon their commitment to provide quality service. To be included, each participant commits to providing high quality work, and we want to hear from our clients and customers if that is not the case in any given job. First Weber and its employees and/or agents may provide referrals to the service providers in the program and/or may help with scheduling or other matters, if requested. However FIRST WEBER, ITS EMPLOYEES AND/OR AGENTS ARE NOT, AND CANNOT BE, RESPONSIBLE FOR SELECTION OF ANY GIVEN SERVICE PROVIDER AND/OR FOR THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP DELIVERED IN ANY GIVEN SITUATON. FIRST WEBER RECEIVES NO COMPENSATION FOR THE REFERRALS. THIS IS PURELY A SERVICE WHICH HAS PROVEN HELPFUL TO HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF OUR CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS. However IT IS THE CLIENTS OR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING OUT THE SERVICE PROVIDER(S) WHO MAY BE REFERRED, FOR SELECTING A SPECIFIC VENDOR, AND FOR MAKING SURE THEY ARE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER'S QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK PRODUCT. WE DO NOT, AND CANNOT, GUARANTEE THE QUALIFICATIONS OR WORK PRODUCT OF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS OR FOR ANY GIVEN PROJECT OR JOB.
