Lake Denoon and Little Muskego are great lakes for boating and other kinds of water sports as you’ll have a scenic view of the downtown strip as you’re zooming around the lake. On the other hand, Big Muskego lake is a great lake for fishing. Sitting at 2,194 acres in size, Big Muskego offers a healthy variety of fish species including Bass, Pike, and Panfish. Kayaking through the tall grass on the lake is also a great way to relax in the warmer months. Lake Denoon is the smallest of the three lakes at only 167 acres, but it is still a nice lake to enjoy on a beautiful spring, summer, or fall day.
There are also many ways to have fun on dry land as well. Check out any one of the various parks scattered across the city’s neighborhoods for some great family fun in the sun.
