Lance Penniston is passionate about real estate. “There’s always more that can be learned,” he says, recognizing that his knowledge of the marketplace and the process translates into more efficient sales and purchases for his clients. A former police officer, born and raised in Argyle, Wisconsin, Lance earned his real estate license in 1997. He assists clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin, including Racine, Waukesha, Kenosha, and Walworth counties, where he represents buyers and sellers of urban, suburban, and rural residential and investment properties.
